Learn how to register for a Google Developer account
If you’d like to have your Android app available in the Play Store, so users can easily download and install it, you will need a Google Developer Account.
The only thing you will need is a Google Account. If you don’t have one yet you can register here: https://accounts.google.com/signup

The Google Developer Account costs $25 once off, you will be asked to pay during the registration process.
