The Roadblock
Accenture faced the complex challenge of heading up a comprehensive digital transformation for a US city’s citizen engagement platform.
They were tasked with transforming and upgrading their CRM, contact center, and overall digital footprint. Part of this was to launch a new native mobile app that would provide the native feel and capabilities that modern citizens expect.
This looked as if it may present significant challenges. An upheaval of the platform meant the existing mobile app had to be rebuilt – without the budget or scope for a complex native app.

Working together for approximately six months, Accenture and MobiLoud successfully navigated the complex requirements of delivering a government project.
