Can I test my app before I purchase?
Yes, with MobiLoud you can design your app in a few minutes using our WordPress plugin and you can then test it online in a simulator or on your own devices using our preview apps.
Do you publish the apps for me?
Yes, we handle the build and submission process for you. But you can also do it yourself if you want to.
How long will it take to publish my app?
From your order to submitting the apps we take 5-10 business days. Note Apple then takes 5-10 business days to approve your app for the App Store. Publishing on Google Play requires generally about a day for the store to update.

What functionality will my app offer?
Your app will gather content automatically from your Wordpress site, display posts and pages, including custom post types. Your users will be able to read content online and offline, share it with a single tap, save their favourites, leave comments on your articles and receive push notifications alerting them to new content. How many apps can I publish with my plan?
A single app for a single site is included in every plan. We don't offer a plan for multiple apps, but we can offer special pricing conditions for you if you need more than one app. Just get in touch with us at email@example.com
Are the apps really native?
Yes, unlike others, MobiLoud apps are real native apps, which means they run fast and smooth and their look & feel follows the design standards of iOS and Android.
Can I use my own Apple/Google Play developer account?
Of course, we recommend it. Apple's and Google's fees are not included in our pricing. The Apple App Store charges a US$99 annual developer fee and Google Play charges a one-time fee of US$25. No fees are due when publishing under MobiLoud's accounts.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fees?
Your monthly payments guarantee that your app will be working for your users and remains active on the stores. If you decide to stop your payments, your app will no longer be active for users who downloaded it, and it will be removed from the stores.
In order to reactivate your app you will have to restart payments.
Are updates included?
Yes, in general you don't pay anything extra for updates required to fix bugs or make your apps compatible with the latest iOS/Android versions. The content and style of your app will update automatically as you publish new content on your site or change the plugin's configuration. The only updates which are not included in your standard monthly fees are icon and launch screen changes which will require a rebuild of the app.
